- The Premier Scouting Network connects athletes with coaches and institutes; it does not guarantee placements or professional contracts.

- Any misuse, harassment, or illegal activity may result in suspension or termination.
4. Payments & Subscriptions
- Premium subscriptions are billed through Stripe.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
- By subscribing, you authorize The Premier Scouting Network to charge your payment method.
5. Intellectual Property
- All content, designs, logos, and materials on The Premier Scouting Network are owned by The Premier Scouting Network.
- Users may not copy, distribute, or modify content without permission.
6. Third-Party Links & Services
- The Premier Scouting Network may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- The Premier Scouting Network is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific outcomes.
